Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit kleiner Kitchenette - ideal, um sich Kleinigkeit zu Essen zuzubereiten. Sehr hilfreich der Essens- und Getränkeautomat im Eingang, falls alle Geschäfte bereits geschlossen haben.

Unsere Gäste waren sehr zufrieden mit ihren Zimmern. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Matratzen sind top. Wir werden in Zukunft diese Möglichkeit der Übernachtung noch häufiger buchen. Mitte August 2025 besuchte ich das geniale AC/DC-Konzert in Karlsruhe und wählte statt stressiger Heimfahrt nach dem Konzert eine völlig tiefenentspannte Übernachtung in einem Einzelzimmer in der LivingBoxx, sodass ich am nächsten Tag völlig ausgeruht gemütlich nach Hause fahren konnte und nicht den nächtlichen stundenlangen Abfahrtsstress nach dem mit rund 80.000 Besuchern ausverkauften Konzert auf mich nehmen musste. Bei der LivingBoxx handelt es sich um einen sehr neuen Übernachtungskomplex mit Zimmern mit großem Raumangebot und schöner, neuer und moderner Einrichtung, bei der es an nichts fehlt. Check-In erfolgt ohne irgendeine zeitliche Vereinbarung mit einem Vermieter völlig unaufgeregt mit einem rechtzeitig per Mail zugesandten Code am Haupteingang und einem für die Schlüsselbox am Zimmer. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Automat mit kleineren Snacks und einer Auswahl an heißen Getränken. Ebenfalls bei Bedarf sehr angenehm und nützlich. Auf Anfragen bezüglich Details zur Unterkunft oder Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr oder Sonstiges antworten die Betreiber stets äußerst schnell und freundlich mit umfassenden Informationen! Hinweis für Konzertbesucher: zu Fuß ist das Konzertgelände von der LivingBoxx ganz gemütlich und ohne den nervenden Stau auf der Fahrt zu den für die Konzerte vorgesehenen Parkplätze in einer halben Stunde locker und entspannt erreichbar. Fazit: alles bestens und jederzeit wieder!

 Trustindex überprüft, ob die Originalquelle der Bewertung Google ist. Ich war jetzt beruflich 1,5 Monate dort, zwar in zwei verschiedenen Räumen, aber im selben Gebäude. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Bett und eine kleine Küchenzeile, an sich eine einfach „Arbeiter“ Wohnung. Schlicht und einfach. Stellenweise wenn ich abends von der spätschicht in die Unterkunft gekommen bin, habe ich keinen Parkplatz gefunden, und musste auf der Straße parken. Dann ist auch fast nebenan der Bahnhof und dementsprechend ist es auch immer wieder lauter gewesen. Ebenso liegt das Gebäude, zwischen Wohnbereichen und einer Fabrik. Auch da war es dann gelegentlich etwas lauter. Leider war in der Zeit wo ich drin war nicht einmal ein Service bei mir im Zimmer zum putzen, aber das finde ich stellenweise nicht so schlimm. Aber alles in allem war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt dort.

Das Haus liegt etwas versteckt und ist hauptsächlich nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen, aber abends war es gut beleuchtet. Auch für die Anreise nach Karlsruhe ist die Lage ideal. Die Parkplätze sind leider nicht immer ausreichend. Die kleinen Appartements waren sehr angenehm geschnitten. Neben einer einfach ausgestatteten Einbauküche, Schreibtisch, Fernseher, WIFI, großem Fenster und Bad war alles vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand. Für unser Wochenende war es einfach super.
